This is a legal agreement (the "Agreement") between you (the “Customer”) and DC Access, LLC, a Limited Liability Corporation organized and existing under the laws of the District of Columbia (hereinafter “DC Access”), governing your access to and use of this Wireless High-Speed Internet Service (the "Service") provided by DC Access.
