This Cable Franchise Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is executed as of the day of August, 2020 (hereinafter referred to as the “Effective Date”) by and between Hanover Township, Northampton County, a municipality located in Northampton County, Pennsylvania (hereinafter referred to as the “Township”) and RCN Telecom Services, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Franchisee”).
