For the 2020-2021 school year, MSAD #70 will offer remote learning as an option for parents who are concerned about their children returning to school. Students and parents who choose remote learning must choose remote learning for the entire school day and for at least the first six weeks of the trimester. Specific “opt in” dates to join school-based in-person learning: October 8th, November 24th, January 15th, March 5th, and April 21st. Our Remote Learning Curriculum is an educational program that is structured by a classroom teacher at the MIll Pond School for MSAD #70 students. Students are expected to keep up with the timelines, activities, due dates, and assessments developed and/or assigned by the teacher. Parents can opt their child back into in-person instruction if they find remote learning is not working for their child. The principal must be contacted to arrange for this modification.
