THIS LEASE AGREEMENT (“Lease”) is made and entered into this day of July, 2023, by and between the Village of Ridgeway, Iowa County, Wisconsin, a Wisconsin municipal corporation ("Village" or “Lessor”) and MH Telecom LLC, (“MHTC” or “Lessee”) a Wisconsin Limited Liability Company, 200 East Main Street, Mount Horeb, Wisconsin 53572. Village and MHTC are sometimes collectively referred to herein as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”
