As Chief Executive Officer, you will perform the duties assigned to you from time to time by the Board. You may also be required to serve as the Chief Executive Officer and/or a director or other officer of subsidiaries or other related entities of the Company with no additional compensation. You will be based out of our Irvine, California office.
