This NEGOTIATION AGREEMENT (Canyon Lakes Lifestyle Project) (this “Agreement”), dated for purposes of identification only as of June 1, 2009 (the “Date of Agreement”), is hereby entered into by and between the ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, a public body, corporate and politic, (the “Redevelopment Agency”) and HOPKINS REAL ESTATE GROUP, a California corporation, (the “Developer”).
