Consumer Advocacy Group, Inc. (“CAG”) and Diversified Products, Inc. (hereto referred to as “Diversified”), (CAG and Diversified, collectively referred to as the “Parties”) enter into this agreement (“Settlement Agreement”) for the purpose of avoiding prolonged and costly litigation to settle CAG’s allegations that Diversified violated Proposition 65. The effective date of this Settlement Agreement shall be May 11, 2016 (the “Effective Date”).
