In consideration of being allowed to participate in the event “CannaFest” hosted by Southern Promotions LLC (dba) Trap Culture (“Host”) and Golfland Entertainment Centers. Inc.’s (“GEC”) and Mesa Golfland Ltd. (MGL) at the Mesa Golfland Sunsplash facility and participate in the activities (“Activities”), including but not limited to use of the water park, equipment and other services offered by Host, MGL, or GEC, participants do hereby agree, to the fullest extent permitted by law, as follows:
