The value includes the cost of the good, insurance and freight necessary to deliver the good to the named port of destination. (b)“Customs Valuation Agreement” means the WTO Agreement on Implementation of Article VII of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade 1994. (c) “FOB value” means the price actually paid or payable to the exporter for the good when the good is loaded into the carrier at the named port of exportation.
