is entered into this 2nd day of February 2021, between Miami Shores Village, a Florida municipal corporation with a principal address of 10050 NE 2nd Avenue, Miami Shores, Florida ("Village"), and AE Engineering, Inc., a for-profit corporation registered and authorized to do business under the laws of the State of Florida, having its principal office at 219 N Newnan St., 4th Floor Jacksonville, FL ("Consultant"). The Village and Consultant shall collectively be referred to as the "Parties", and each may individually be referred to as a "Party".
