This Agreement amends, restates and supersedes in its entirety the equity distribution agreement, dated as of May 10, 2023, whereby the Company agreed with Canaccord Genuity Corp. and Stifel Nicolaus Canada Inc. to issue and sell Common Shares of the Company having an aggregate offering price of up to US$100,000,000 of which US$90,000,000 remains available to sell under this Agreement.
