This membership and account agreement (the “Agreement”), along with any other documents we give you pertaining to your account(s), is a binding contract that establishes the rules that apply to your account(s) with Fort Financial Credit Union (the “Credit Union”). In this agreement, the words “you” and “your” mean anyone who signs the membership application. The words “we”, “us” and “our” mean the Credit Union. The word “account” means any one or more share or other accounts you have with the Credit Union.
