CHARTER SCHOOL CONTRACT BETWEENCharter Contract • April 30th, 2014
This Charter made and entered into this 27th day of May, 2014, by and between Brevard Public Schools (hereinafter referred to as the "Sponsor") and Pineapple Cove Classical Academy, Inc., (hereinafter referred to as the "School"), a not for profit corporation organized under the laws of the State of Florida. It is the intent of the parties that this contract shall constitute the School’s Charter (hereinafter referred to as the “Charter”). The School’s approved application is incorporated by reference into the Charter as Appendix A. If any provision of this Charter is inconsistent with Appendix A, the provisions of this Charter shall prevail.
