This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is entered into by the aforementioned parties to facilitate in the participation in the National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement (NC-SARA) movement. Participation in said agreement (MOU) establishes recognition of comparable standards in the interstate delivery of postsecondary distance education courses and programs.
