It is the desire of both parties to co-operate in maintaining a harmonious relationship between the Board and its employees, to make provisions herein for wages, hours of work and working conditions and to provide an orderly method for settling grievances under this agreement which may arise from time to time, and the Union acknowledges the Board’s obligation to provide reliable and continuous service performed with reasonable skill and efficiency.
