This Enterprise Agreement, including all attachments (these “Terms” or this “Agreement”), is entered into by and between Cultivate Technology Inc., a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business at 326 Ritch Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (“Cultivate”) and the organization (“you or your”) set forth in the Order Form that references this Agreement. This Agreement is effective on the date the initial Order Form is fully executed by you and Cultivate (the “Effective Date”). You and Cultivate each have the power and authority to enter this Agreement and may be referred to as a “party” or “parties” herein.
