This SALES TAX REVENUE SHARING AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of the _ day of , 2019 (“Effective Date”), by and between COSTCO WHOLESALE CORPORATION, a Washington corporation (“Costco”), and the VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD, an Illinois home rule municipal corporation (the “Village”). Costco and the Village are hereinafter individually sometimes referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
