In exercise of the rights and power conferred upon the Assignee under the matter of Facilities Agreement and Assignment of Sale and Purchase Agreement (1st Party) both Dated 27th November 2018 and Sale and Purchase Agreement Dated 14th July 2018, entered between the Assignee and the said Assignors and in respect of the Sale and Purchase Agreement between Assignors/Borrowers and DSara Sentral Sdn Bhd (‘the Developer”) and (“the Proprietors”), it is hereby proclaimed that the Assignee/Bank with the assistance of the under mentioned Auctioneer.
