The Confidential and Director (C/D) group expresses its appreciation for the LTCC leadership’s interest in maintaining a positive direction with the meet and confer process. This is particularly true within the current trend of declining FTES, particularly face-to-face. It is the sincere desire of the C/D group to positively discuss issues that are both highly relevant to the continuing success of our campus, and also align with the Tentative Agreements recently approved for both the Classified Employees Union and the Faculty Association.
