This Transaction Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made between Boomi, Inc., with its principal place of business located at 801 Cassatt Road, Suite 120, Berwyn, PA 19312 (“Boomi”) and you, the Customer (“Customer”). In consideration for the mutual promises and covenants contained herein, and such other good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, Boomi and Customer hereby agree as follows:
