This TRUST AGREEMENT, made this 10th day of January, 2010, by and between BENEFICIARY’S PARENTS, natural parents of BENEFICIARY, all currently residing at ________________, as the Settlors (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Settlor”), and CORPORATE TRUSTEE, with offices located at ______________________, as the Trustee (hereinafter referred to as the “Trustee”). The word “Trustee” shall apply to successor Trustees and others meeting the definition of a “Trustee” as set forth herein.
