Several Pinecrest waterfront residents have asked the Pinecrest Property Owners Association Inc. Board of Directors if they can have a dock on Cushman pond, which is a private pond owned entirely by the Pinecrest Property Owners Association Inc. The Board, working with the liability insurance company that protects the PPOA land, developed this agreement which offers waterfront owners clear guidelines on what type of dock can be placed on Cushman pond while protecting the interests of all Pinecrest residents. This agreement was discussed at the last annual meeting and has been made available on the PPOA web site www.ppoa.info. This copy is for your information only, if you don’t wish to place a dock on Cushman Pond at this time, you are not required to do anything with this form. If you have any questions please ask the Pinecrest Property Owners Association Board of Directors.
