In consideration of Saugeen Valley Conservation Authority permitting my use of their property, trails, and other facilities (hereinafter “the Authority’s property”), and participation in any type of running race, cross-country race and/or other such lessons, sessions, and/or events (hereinafter the “Events”), the undersigned, being the Participant acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:
