THIS SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of this 11th day of July, 2022 (the "Effective Date") by and between the TOWN OF SUPERIOR, COLORADO, a Colorado municipality (the "Town") and RC SUPERIOR, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Developer") (each a "Party" and collectively the "Parties").
