THIS AGREEMENT is made by and between BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc., (“BellSouth”), a Georgia corporation, and VarTec Telecom, Inc. (“VarTec”), a Texas corporation and in Florida, VarTec Telecom, Inc d/b/a VarTec Telecom, Inc. and Clear Choice Communications, a Texas corporation, and shall be effective on the Effective Date, as defined herein. This Agreement may refer to either BellSouth or VarTec or both as a “Party” or “Parties.”
