The payment of all tuition, fees and charges becomes an obligation of the student upon registration at the University of Colorado Boulder (“university”). By agreeing to these terms and conditions, I authorize the university to add to my account all tuition and fees, as determined by the Board of Regents in accordance with the level of cash fund appropriations set for the university by the Colorado General Assembly. I further understand and agree that my registration and acceptance of these terms constitutes a promissory note agreement (i.e., a financial obligation in the form of an educational loan as defined by U.S. Bankruptcy Code 11
