This Performance Contract (this Contract) is by and between the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services (DADS), a state agency created pursuant to Texas Human Resources Code (THRC), Chapter 161, and , the Local Intellectual and Developmental Disability Authority (LIDDA), a community center, created by Texas Health and Safety Code (THSC), Chapter 534, Subchapter A. This Contract shall be effective from September 1, 2015, through August 31, 2017, except that those provisions which require additional actions after the expiration of this Contract shall continue as provided in the provisions.
