This Agreement between the Company and the Company’s Retail Customer (“Agreement”), dated as of (“Effective Date” of this Agreement) is entered into, by and between Fitchburg Gas and Electric Light Company, a Massachusetts corporation with a principal place of business at 357 Electric Avenue, Lunenburg, MA 01462 (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), and , a corporation with a principal place of business at (“Customer”). (The Company and Customer are collectively referred to as the “Parties”). Terms used herein without definition shall have the meanings set forth in Section 1.2 of the Interconnection Tariff, which is hereby incorporated by reference.
