COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT BETWEEN LOCAL UNION 71Collective Agreement • November 13th, 2019
This Agreement shall apply to all plumbing service work performed by the Employer to keep existing plumbing systems within occupied or ready to be occupied facilities operating in an efficient manner. Service work includes service, repair, modification and replacement of plumbing systems. This work shall include but not limited to sanitary drainage systems, potable water systems, domestic hot water systems, solar systems, plumbing fixtures, gray water systems, recycled and rain water capture systems, gas and oil systems, hydronics heating and cooling systems, and similar building utilities.
