This Construction Agreement No. (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of , 2017 (“Effective Date”) by and between THE COUNTY OF ORANGE, a political subdivision of the State of California (“County”), and RMV COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT, LLC, a California limited liability company (“RMV”). The County and RMV are sometimes hereafter collectively referred to as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”
