Rent: Rent is due by the 5th of each month and can be paid online or by check. The rent is considered late if it is post marked or submitted after the 5th of each month. The late fee is $50 per lease. All tenants, if more than one, shall be jointly and severely liable for the full amount of all payments due under this agreement. Late fees will be deducted from the security deposit at the end of your lease period.
