This is a legal agreement between you (“Licensee”) and XJ Technologies Company Limited (“XJ”) for XJ software product delivered hereunder. By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you are agreeing unconditionally to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, even if this Agreement is deemed a modification of any previous arrangement or contract.
