This Interconnection Agreement (this “Agreement”), under Sections 251 and 252 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996 (the “Act”), is effective as of the 14th day of June, 2000 (the “Effective Date”), by and between New England Telephone and Telegraph Company, d/b/a Bell Atlantic – Rhode Island (“BA”), a New York corporation with offices at 185 Franklin Street, Boston, Massachusetts 02110, and Lightship Telecom, LLC (“Lightship”), a Delaware corporation with offices at 70 West Oakland Avenue Suite 306, Doylestown, PA 18901 (each individually, a “Party” and, collectively, the “Parties”).
