This Amended Agreement is made effective the 1st day of July, 2018, by and between the Governing Board of the Pasadena Area Community College District (“District” or “Board”) and Dr. Ramalingum (“Rajen”) Vurdien (“Superintendent/President” or “Dr. Vurdien”), and hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties.” This Agreement supersedes and replaces any other agreements between the Parties.
