This Amended and Restated Services Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into as of January 1, 2023 ("Effective Date") by and between City of Overland Park, Kansas {"Policyholder" or "City") and Symetra Life Insurance Company ("Symetra" or "Contractor"). Collectively, Policyholder and Symetra shall be referred to as the "Parties".
