The Roommate Agreement is a document that Sheldon wrote and Leonard signed when they first moved in together. It was shown in a flashback in "The Staircase Implementation". Sheldon also has a Friendship Agreement that he mentions in "The Cooper-Nowitzki Theorem". The Roommate Agreement has many clauses that Sheldon enforces throughout the series, usually when Leonard or someone else breaks them. Sheldon changed the Agreement to his advantage in The Agreement Dissection, but he blackmailed Leonard to agree to it. The Agreement was valid for most of the show, but it probably ended when Sheldon moved in with Amy. Some of the clauses of the Roommate Agreement are: - Skynet Clause: Leonard must help Sheldon stop an Artificial Intelligence that he made and that is taking over the world. ("S2 Ep6") - Body Snatchers Clause: Leonard must help Sheldon kill someone who they know that is an alien. ("S2 Ep6") - Godzilla Clause: Leonard must help Sheldon kill a monster that attacked Tokyo.
