The parties to this Agreement are the “Student,” the Student’s parents or legal guardians, the “Program Leader(s)” as designated in the Program Description, and Deerfield Academy, its officers, agents and employees. The Student, with the consent and approval of the Student’s parents and/or legal guardian(s), has voluntarily chosen to participate in the Program described in the Program Description.
