This Memorandum of Understanding and Data Sharing Agreement (MOU), effective as of ___________ (“Effective Date”) is between The Rector and Visitors of the University of Virginia with an address of Office of Sponsored Programs, 1001 N. Emmet St., Charlottesville, VA 22903 (“UVA”), and Virginia Union University with a business address of 1500 N. Lombardy Street, Richmond, VA 23220 (“Participating Institution”). Each of UVA and Participating Institution may be referenced herein as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.” The Principal Investigator for UVA shall be Dr. Jillian McGraw.
