This Project Labor Agreement is entered into this day of , 20 , by and between the City of Milpitas (hereinafter the “City”), together with its contractors and subcontractors of all tiers, who shall become signatory to this Agreement by signing the “Agreement to be Bound” (Addendum A) (hereinafter the “Contractor(s)/ Employer(s)”), and the Santa Clara & San Benito Counties Building and Construction Trades Council (hereinafter the “Council”) and its affiliated local Unions that have executed this Agreement (referred to collectively herein as the “Union(s)”).
