This Agreement (this “Agreement”) contains the Terms and Conditions for Google Maps and Related Products and Services Sales. Any additional or different terms and conditions in any form delivered by you (“Customer”) do not apply to this sales transaction with Applied Geographics, Inc. (“Reseller”), unless Customer and Reseller have signed a separate agreement, in which case the separate agreement will govern. By accepting delivery of the Products (as defined below) or paying the invoice from the Reseller to provide the Products, Customer agrees to be bound by and accepts these Terms and Conditions as described in this Agreement.
