This Second Amendment (“2nd Amendment”) to the Memorandum of Understanding of 2020-2021 between Township High School District 113 and the District 113 Education Association effective as of October 13, 2020 (“MOU”), is entered into by and between the Board of Education of Township High School District No. 113 (“Board” or “District”) and the District 113 Education Association (“DEA”) (collectively referred to as the “Parties”) and shall be effective as of February 23, 2021.
