Box 100, Firestone, Colorado 80520 (the "Town"), and HALCYON DESIGN LLC, an independent contractor with a principal place of business at 8310 Colorado Blvd., Suite #650 Firestone, Colorado 80504 ("Contractor") (each a "Party" and collectively the "Parties").
