This Order Form is entered into as of June [ ], 2020 (the “Order Effective Date”) by and between ID.me, Inc. “ID.me”) and Florida Department of Economic Opportunity (“Partner”). This Order Form is incorporated into and subject to the terms and conditions of that certain Services Agreement dated June [ ], 2020 (the “Agreement”) by and between ID.me and Partner. To the extent that an express term of this Order is inconsistent with a term of the Agreement, such term of this Order Form prevails over and supersedes such inconsistent term of the Agreement with respect to this Order Form only. Any capitalized term used but not defined in this Order Form has the meaning assigned to such term in the Agreement.
