We make reference to our recent conversations and your request of information in connection with the composition with creditors procedure (procedura di concordato preventivo) involving the Company, that, upon the filing of its proposal to creditors and the relevant plan on 4 August 2017, as subsequently amended and supplemented by means of several memoranda (memorie) duly filed with the Court of Milan (the “Proposal”), has been admitted to the composition with creditors procedure by means of the decree issued by the Court of Milan on 28 December 2017 and notified on 4 January 2018 (the “Admission Decree”) – RG no. 37/2017 (the “WI Concordato Proceeding”).
