These Terms and Conditions (“GTC” or “Agreement”) constitute and govern the contractual relationship between the parties CASHPOINT (Malta) Ltd., Level 1, Salvu Psaila Street, Birkirka- ra BKR 9077, Malta, (in the following referred to as “CASHPOINT”) and the customer on the other side, in the fol- lowing referred to as “CUSTOMER”. As far as betting or game offers un- der the brand names XTiP / Merkur Spiel / Merkur Sports are used on this website, the provider and contractual partner of the CUSTOMER always is CASHPOINT Malta Ltd.
