FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the child’s whose name is written below (“My Child”) participation in activities and use of any premises and facilities related to the North America Scholastic Esports Federation (the “Federation”), including transportation to and from, and any equipment supplied to My Child or used by My Child in connection therewith (collectively, “Participation”), to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws I agree as follows:
