INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN UNIVERSIDADE FEDERAL DO PARANA (UFPR), BRAZIL, AND TECHNISCHE HOCHSCHULE INGOLSTADT (THI), GERMANY.
