This information is provided to make all users aware of the responsibilities associated with efficient, ethical, and lawful use of the District’s technological resources. If a student violates the NASD Code of Conduct or Responsible Use Policy, privileges may be denied and appropriate disciplinary action shall be applied. Violations may result in disciplinary actions up to and including suspension/expulsion for students. When applicable, law enforcement agencies may be involved.
