I, the undersigned, understand and agree that bicycling is a potentially hazardous activity and that I attend the Tour de Jefferson out of my own free will and personal desire. In choosing to attend this Tour and any related events, I acknowledge that the routes traveled will contain active traffic and I fully accept and assume all risks, whether before, during or after the Tour and its related events. All physical and mental risks are known and appreciated by me. I hereby expressly waive any and all specific notice of the existence of any risk associated with the Tour de Jefferson. I agree to assume and pay my medical and emergency expenses in the event of injury, illness, or other incapacity incurred directly or indirectly in connection with the Tour de Jefferson, regardless of whether I authorized such expenses.
