STANDARDS FOR THE 14704 US HWY 290 DEVELOPMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the day of , 2024 (the “Effective Date”), by and between 14704 HWY 290 LLC, a Texas Limited Liability Company (including its successors and assigns, the “Owner”), and the CITY OF MANOR, TEXAS, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation (the “City”). The City and Owner are herein sometimes referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
